PRIMAL is the biggest beef lover you’ll find in Kuching.

We accumulated a combined grilling experience of over 30+ years! Our grilling work isn’t just about putting meats over fiery charcoal; our work encompasses having the best team, the best ingredients and providing a pleasant environment - all that to let people indulge in a wonderful dining experience. You will find absolutely nothing short of perfection from us.

We collaborate exclusively with a local beef supplier - not just your ordinary meat seller, but one that only deals with premium beef, alongside selected vendors for various other ingredients, all of whom are certified halal. You can be sure that you will be having high quality meats at our place.

We also serve several other gourmet dishes such as chicken, prawns on our steakhouse menu in tandem with our beef. While we keep our servings halal, we also serve a variety of wine should you express your interest to have some to go along with your dine. Red wine, white wine, sparkling wine - we have them from both the old world and the new world, mainly Spanish, Chilean, Australian and French wine.

Our Steak

We love steak - that’s how we express our cattlely affection for beef.

There is no shortage of beef you can find on a cow, with steak being one of the best meat everyone can have. You will find different cuts of beef on display for your choosing at our place, all of which are curated and air-flown from the land down under, Australia.

As one of the greatest steak lovers you can find, we have our beef dry aged to bring out its best flavour. All that matters to us is for our customers to experience the goodness that we can bring to their table. Our steak also comes with different piquant sauces of your personal liking - we guarantee you that they go superbly well with the beef!

If you’re not having our beef, you can be sure it’s a great missed steak.

Côte de Boeuf

The creation of our bone in ribeye exists with a simple reason - we love beef.

At our place, you will only be able to find superior Angus beef Prime Rib cut that are sourced and flew in directly from GK O'Connor. With zest and zeal aplenty, we are proud to say that our expertise with meat for many years enables us to present to you the best bone in ribeye you will ever savour.

Our bovine bone in ribeye are first dry aged in house for a few weeks and cooked using charcoal - it is our way of keeping the ribs all juicy and tender while enriching it with the funky, earthy fragrance - all that to be enhanced with our condiments and sides along with it. Trust us when we say, you can’t find this anywhere else!

One bite and you will realise why we pride ourselves as a beef lover.
